The corals will be cut at the time of the order so please allow at least 1 -2 weeks for them to heal. I will hold them longer if you like. I do not ship fresh cut corals. All live goods are shipped priority overnight using FedEx as the preferred carrier. It will be $45 flat rate shipping and handling including box, heat or cold packs. You must be present to sign for the package on the first delivery attempt, or the DOA Guarantee below becomes void. No local pick-up is available.
Please allow 10-12 business days for all SavingCorals apparel as these items are made per order. They will be shipped using the most cost effect method
We guarantee all of our items to arrive alive. You are eligible for store credit if your coral is damaged, DOA (Dead on Arrival) or losing tissue upon arrival. To be eligible for a credit you must meet the conditions and verified before a store credit is issued.
There are three conditions to our Live Arrival Guarantee.
1. The shipment must be received on the first delivery attempt. If you miss the delivery and the package is delayed because of it, we cannot accept responsibility for any losses. It is your responsibility to check the tracking number for delivery. Weather delays, acts of god, or Fed Ex delays are not covered, but we know it’s not either of our fault. We will work with you if this rare unfortunate event happens.
2. The shipment must be sent to the correct delivery address, and not forwarded to another address.
3. In the event of a DOA we REQUIRE a clear digital picture of the coral in question in it's original unopened packaging within 2 hours from when FedEx dropped off the package. Please email the pictures along with the invoice number to SavingCorals@gmail.com
